Cut a clean strip off every sheet edge before parts are placed.

Set edge trim
In the Optimization Result panel, set Edge trim to the width to remove from each board edge, for example 1/4. Parts are placed that far in from every edge. Leave it at None to use the full sheet.
Use it when sheet edges get damaged in transport, or when the factory edge isn't square enough for finished parts.
