1. Introduction

Elementra LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates Cutlistor, an instant cut list optimizer for linear and sheet materials. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. We are located at 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information (such as email and name)
• Cut lists, stock settings, and project data you create or save in Cutlistor (including cut list entries you add manually or that result from AI import)
• Files you upload only when using AI plan import (drawings, PDFs, images). We process these uploads to extract cut information; we do not retain your uploaded plans or images as long-term storage (see section 4).
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details)
• Communications with our support team

We may also collect usage data through analytics to improve Cutlistor (see the Analytics section below).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Cutlistor, including cut list optimization, AI plan scanning where you choose to use it (uploads are processed and not kept as files; see section 4), and exports such as PDFs; to process payments via Stripe; to store your account and app data securely; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share your proprietary content with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data storage

AI plan import uploads. We do not store your uploaded plans, images, or other files used for AI scanning as a permanent archive. Those files are processed only to extract cut list information and are automatically deleted within 48 hours. We do not retain the originals after deletion.

Other application data (such as your account, projects, cut lists, and settings you save in Cutlistor) may be stored in databases and related storage. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and protect data at rest according to our infrastructure providers. Retention may depend on your plan and how you use the product (for example, free-tool usage limits and account-based storage for signed-in users).

5. Payments (Stripe)

Subscription and other payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

6. Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand how Cutlistor is used, improve performance, and fix issues. This may include aggregated or anonymized usage patterns, page views, and feature usage. We do not use analytics to sell your personal information.

7. Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to your account and content is restricted to authorized personnel and systems where needed for operating the service.

8. Your rights

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
