1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Cutlistor and related services operated by Elementra LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Company information

Cutlistor is owned and operated by Elementra LLC, located at 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901.

3. Cut lists, AI imports, and optimization: accuracy and your responsibility

Important: verify before you cut. Cutlistor provides optimization layouts, estimates, and (where you use it) AI-assisted extraction from plans you upload. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations, including from AI plan import. Results depend on the measurements, stock, kerf, and settings you enter, as well as the quality and clarity of uploaded plans.

You must independently verify all cut lists, dimensions, and layouts before purchasing material or cutting. Do not rely solely on AI import or automated optimization for critical jobs. We do not provide professional advice (for example, structural engineering, fabrication compliance, or site-specific safety). Use of the services and reliance on any output is at your own risk.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Unlike some digital services with a strict no-refund policy, we may offer refunds where appropriate; for example, for billing errors, duplicate charges, or other situations we deem eligible. Refunds are not guaranteed in every case and may be subject to Stripe processing times and applicable law.

To request a refund or discuss a charge, contact us at hello@elementra.io. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled (see section 5). Canceling stops future billing but does not always entitle you to a refund for the current period unless we agree otherwise or the law requires it.

5. Canceling your subscription

You can manage or cancel your paid subscription from Cutlistor’s Dashboard: open the account menu in the header (your email or profile), then choose Billing. That opens Stripe’s customer portal, where you can update payment details, view invoices, and cancel your subscription so it does not renew.

If you are not signed in, sign in at Sign in first, then go to the Dashboard and use Billing as above. You can also open the billing portal directly: Stripe billing portal (hosted by Stripe; you may need the email you used at checkout to log in).

6. Data storage

How we handle uploads, account data, and retention is described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: files you upload for AI plan import are not kept as a permanent archive and are deleted within 48 hours; we do not retain those originals afterward. Other data you save in Cutlistor is handled as described there.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elementra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to errors in cut layouts or AI-extracted data, material waste, loss of data, or business interruption.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
