Elevation Math: Planned Filler Width

Worked example: wall 3200 mm. Cabinets 600 + 800 + 600 = 2000 mm. Dishwasher 600 mm. Remaining for fillers = 3200 - 2000 - 600 = 600 mm. That is too wide for a single skinny filler; you likely mis-placed a cabinet or need an extra base. Recheck the layout.

Better example: wall 2750 mm. Cabinets 600 + 900 + 600 = 2100 mm. Dishwasher 600 mm. Remainder = 2750 - 2100 - 600 = 50 mm. Put 25 mm fillers each end, or 50 mm on the out-of-square end only.
